Pacific Horizon Financial's Management Team
These individuals oversee the strategy implementation and day-to-day operations of Pacific Horizon Financial, Inc., as well as Pacific Horizon Mortgage Investors I, LLC. It should be noted that the Fund is the investment vehicle of choice of the company's staff, family, friends, and business associates. Our personal funds are working with your investment, enjoying the same returns and facing the same calculated risks.
Ron Bedell - President and CEO
Ron is a 1971 graduate of Ohio State University. Shortly after he served seven years as a U.S. Naval Officer during the Vietnam War. This was later followed by a highly successful thirteen year career as a commercial real estate broker. In 1989 Ron founded Pacific Horizon Financial and currently stands as President & CEO. He is also serves as a Director of California Mortgage Association and is on the Board of Directors for Seacoast Commerce Bank.
Tracy Hatfield - Senior Vice President
Tracy earned a BA in Psychology with an emphasis in Business Administration from UCLA in 1992. She later continued her education and obtained an MBA from the University of San Diego. She joined Pacific Horizon Financial in 1997 and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, qualified underwriter and supervises document preparation, collections, and funds control. Tracy has been instrumental in the growth and management of Pacific Horizon Mortgage Investors I, LLC (“The Fund”).

Orawicha Suraniwongse - Chief Financial Officer
"Onn" received her BS in Accounting from the prestigious Chulalongkorn University in Thailand in 1988. Ten years later, and after having worked for various high profile Thai CPA firms, she came to the US and earned an MBA in Finance from San Diego State University. She now oversees all accounting and trust fund compliance for Pacific Horizon where she has worked since 1999.

Lena Storck - Loan Servicing Manager
A Swedish native, Lena moved to the US in 1998. She originally attended Mesa Community College in San Diego and later transferred to San Diego State University in 2001, where she graduated in 2003 with a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis on finance. She administers construction fund control and collection functions for Pacific Horizon Mortgage Investors I, LLC. Lena and her husband are enjoying being parents to their daughter, Charlotte.

J.P. Snodgrass - Mentor at Large
J.P. is a retired PacBell executive who has associated with Pacific Horizon since 1982 and he has more than forty years of experience investing in trust deeds.
Over the years, JP has acted as an appraiser, investor, consultant, private financing source, project manager and friend. In addition to these important roles, JP has also been our vacation coordinator, party planner and above all, he’s been our voice of reason.

Danel Wells - Accountant
The latest member of our team is Danel Wells. She is originally from Germany and is well traveled throughout the U.S. and Europe. She settled permanently in America in 1980 and has called San Diego home since 2002. Danel attended Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma and received her Bachelor of Accounting degree in 1997. Her professional experiences are diverse and progressive in nature having working in a variety of industries. She has previously held positions as Accounting Manager, Auditor, and Tax Accountant. In her free time, Danel enjoys drawing, painting, quilting, and spending time outdoors. She is excited to be a part of the team and looks forward to growing with Pacific Horizon.

Ladrue "Drue" Jordan - Executive Vice President Real Estate Lending
This senior mortgage and banking executive is a San Diego State graduate with over 30 years of seasoned experience in the mortgage banking industry and affiliated activities. He has made a career of applying strong, problem solving skills in organizational structure, development and implementation of strategic planning, which has enabled long range planning involving pricing, securities formation, capital investment planning and ROI targets, secondary marketing of loans in the capital markets, and loan production. Complementing his professional career is his relationship with the different businesses and government agencies of San Diego. Serving as President of the Kiwanis Club of San Diego, working as award chairman for the Holiday Bowl, and coaching high school football are some of these personal civic activities.

Anthony Ansevin - Vice President Investor Relations
Anthony graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo State University in 2004, with a degree in Economics and emphasis in Finance. After gaining experience in Real Estate and Commercial lending divisions of two national US banking institutions, he joined the team in Spring 2008. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, CCIM candidate, and qualified underwriter. Anthony handles Investor Relations for individual 1st TD Investors and underwriting at PHF.
